Gavin Walsh
I grew up in the North of England on convenience food, played sport at university but had no idea how to fuel it, and spent my early twenties learning the hard way what poor habits actually cost. The real shift came at 27 when I lost my dad to cancer. He was 47. That made everything personal.
I went deep on nutrition, performance and longevity and have spent the years since working out what actually holds for people with demanding lives. Now at 45, I am in the best shape of my life.
